Massanutten Regional Library INTRODUCES MANGO BASIC
Newest Mango Product Caters To Beginners Interested In Starting To "Speak the Language"
Massanutten Regional Library announces the official launch of its newest online resource, "Mango Basic." The announcement was made by Lora Rose, assistant library director of Massanutten Regional Library. An abridged version of many of Mango Languages' existing products, Mango Basic is designed to appeal to a beginner in a new language. This person is someone interested in learning everyday greetings, gratitudes, goodbyes and helpful phrases in a short period of time. Mango Basic will initially be available in 34 foreign languages and 15 English as a Second Language (ESL) courses. The program will be easy to use, requiring only two to five hours of time to complete. Additional languages and features will be introduced over the next several months.
Commenting on the launch of Mango Basic, Lois Jones, Director of Massanutten Regional Library said, "We view the addition of Mango Basic as an important next step in our mission to continue to provide effective, free library service to all of our patrons.”
