Sciencetellers to Perform in Six Area Locations
Massanutten Regional Library and Sciencetellers, an educational and interactive group designed to provide science instruction for grades PreK-8, team up this summer to teach the science of fire and ice. The New Jersey-based company is scheduled to make six appearances at Massanutten Regional Library branches July 24-26. This program will serve as the finale party for Summer Reading Games.
Sciencetellers uses visually exciting experiments to bring its “Dragons and Dreams” program to life. Audience members will interact with Sciencetellers in hands-on science experiments in a faraway world with castles, kings, dragon keepers, ice sorceresses, and a powerful item known as the Horn of Fire. Two villagers must take a daring journey to release the dragons and save the entire kingdom. This story features interactive experiments with dry ice, flash paper, exploding bottles, and much more.
This program is free and open to the public.
