On September 1, Library of Virginia began providing Brainfuse HelpNow, a new online homework help program. HelpNow is geared toward students and provides all-in-one tutoring services for a wide range of academic needs. Students can access live, on-demand academic help on everything from tackling a tough homework problem to writing a paper to mastering a particular topic. Also included are practice tests for college-entry exams such as the SAT and ACT. Available seven days a week from 2:00 p.m. – 11: 00 p.m. EST, students use a real-time interactive whiteboard to chat, write, draw, copy/paste text or images and graph homework problems and communicate directly with live tutors who are certified educators with master’s degrees. Tutoring help is available in English and Spanish.
