If you're having trouble getting Libby to verify your card, it is more than likely your library card has expired. As long as your information has not changed, renewing it is fast and easy over the phone or email. Contact MRL for assistance.

  1. What Information Do We Collect? Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
