Brainfuse HelpNow – Offers personalized academic assistance in core subjects (math, reading, writing, Languages, science, and computer programming), practice tests for skills-building (including SAT preparation), and much more. Live tutoring is available in either English or Spanish from 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST. Explora Secondary Schools – Supports both student research and classroom instruction with age-appropriate content for middle and high school learners with an easy-to-use interface and great accessibility tools, including translation and text to sound. EBSCO Read It! – provides those who have a basic foundation in grammar and reading with quality educational articles on a range of topics such as history, literature, science and life skills. Requires a library card number for login outside of the library.

Find It Virginia – Access a variety of academic and popular databases relating to a multitude of topics such as biographies, business, health and wellness, and computers. Requires a library card number for login outside of the library.

Gale In Context: Elementary  – Is an exciting resource designed especially for students in kindergarten through grade five that includes educational and engaging videos, images, and magazines.

Just for Kids Access Video – Ad-free streaming videos for kids that are educational and entertaining. The videos include Sesame Street, Arthur, Reading Rainbow, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and many more.

Learning Express – Test preparation and skill building courses for all levels of students from elementary to graduate, including GED prep. Requires a library card number for login outside of the library.

Storyline Online– Streams videos featuring acclaimed actors reading children’s books.

Universal Class – offers more than 500 online courses, which are either self-paced or instructor-led. Classes offered cover a wide variety of topics such as accounting, computers, writing, cooking, crafts, and many more. Requires a library card number for login outside of the library.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
